METHODS OF DELIVERY (ordering through the e-shop):

 

Pickup From Store (Tallinn)

  • Goods and services are paid 100% in advance by bank transfer or through a bank link. Upon receipt of the goods – either in cash or by bank card.
  • By choosing the method of receiving it, the Customer can pick up the goods himself at Tallinn, Peterburi tee 2 (T1 Mall of Tallinn), see location on the map.
  • Price: Free.

NB! All products can also be purchased directly from our Peterburi street store, payment by card or cash.

 

Itella SmartPOST parcel - parcel to the parcel terminal

  • The goods are sent via SmartPost to the parcel terminal chosen by the customer.
  • The recipient is informed about the parcel’s arrival and the location of the parcel via SMS and/or e-mail. The message contains a door code needed to open the door.
  • The storage period of the package in the parcel terminal is 7 calendar days.
  • Goods and services are paid 100% in advance by bank transfer or through a bank link.
  • The package arrives within 1-2 working days after sending.
  • NB! Frozen or refrigerated products cannot be ordered with this delivery option.
  • Price: 3.50 euros.

Itella SmartPOST Courier - package delivered by courier (across Estonia)

  • Delivery of parcels six days a week (Monday-Saturday) on the day following the order or the day after (orders received until 12:00) except Sunday and small islands.
  • It is possible to choose a suitable time for receiving the package (9:00-17:00, 17:00-21:00 or 09:00-21:00) and order the goods to workplace or home.
  • The exact time of the parcel’s arrival will be sent to the customer via SMS on the morning of the parcel delivery. The accuracy of parcel delivery for the SmartCOURIER service is +/- 30 minutes.
  • The courier calls the customer 15 minutes before his arrival.
  • Goods and services are paid 100% in advance by bank transfer or through a bank link.
  • If it is not possible to deliver the parcel to the customer the first time, the courier will arrange another time if necessary. According to the customer’s request, it is also possible to redirect the parcel to a suitable parcel terminal at no additional cost.
  • NB! The parcel is handed over to the customer based on a unique code that is sent to the customer via SMS.
  • NB! Frozen or refrigerated products cannot be ordered with this delivery option.
  • Price: 6.00 euros.

Omniva parcel – delivery to the parcel machine

  • The goods are sent to the Omniva (Post24) parcel machine selected by the customer.
  • The recipient is informed about the arrived parcel and the location of the parcel via SMS and/or e-mail. The message contains a door code needed to open the door.
  • The storage period of the parcel in the parcel machine is 7 calendar days.
  • Goods and services are paid 100% in advance by bank transfer or through a bank link.
  • The parcel arrives within 1-2 working days after sending.
  • NB! Frozen or refrigerated products cannot be ordered with this delivery option.
  • Used only when the outside air temperature is above 5°C
  • Price: 3.90 euros.

Omniva post office - delivery to the post-office

  • The goods are sent to the Omniva (Estonian Post) post office to the address provided by the customer.
  • The package is delivered to the post office closest to the recipient.
  • Goods and services are paid 100% in advance by bank transfer or bank link.
  • The package arrives within 2-3 working days after sending.
  • NB! Frozen or refrigerated products cannot be ordered with this delivery option.
  • Price: 4.90 euros

Nori.ee Courier - package delivered by courier (only within Tallinn)

  • The goods are sent with Nori.ee Courier to the address provided by the customer.
  • The shipment is delivered directly to the recipient’s home or office.
  • In the case of delivery by courier, the customer will be called in advance and a convenient time will be agreed upon for the delivery.
  • Goods and services are paid 100% in advance by bank transfer or bank link.
  • Price: 6.00 euros.

SmartPost - parcel to Finnish, Latvian or Lithuanian parcel machine

  • The goods are sent with SmartPost to the Finland, Latvia or Lithuania parcel terminal chosen by the customer.
  • The recipient is informed about the arrived parcel and the location of the parcel via SMS and/or e-mail. The message contains a door code needed to open the door.
  • The storage period of the parcel in the parcel machine is 7 calendar days.
  • Goods and services are paid 100% in advance by bank transfer or bank link.
  • The parcel arrives within 2-5 working days after shipping.
  • NB! Frozen or refrigerated products cannot be ordered with this delivery option.
  • Maximum package weight - 30 kg
  • Price: 14.00 euros.

Cash payment
If you selected „Pickup From Store“ as a delivery method, and you want to pay in cash or with a bank card upon receipt of the goods.

Direct payment
We offer payment via the Montonio bank link for customers of the following banks:
Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop pank, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut
Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut, Šiaulių Bankas, Medicinos Bankas

Bank Transfer (Swedbank, SEB)
Payment for goods is made by bank transfer to our company’s current account.

 

DELIVERY TIME, GOODS STATUS (Availability)

In stock - the product has arrived (in Tallinn) and you can pick it up immediately if you pick it up yourself.
Out of stock! - the product is not present or available (in Tallinn) within 7-30 days.

The minimum delivery time is 1 day, and the maximum delivery time is up to 5 working days. Generally, we deliver the goods to the Customer within 2-3 working days. If the ordered product is not available or the delivery time is longer than 5 working days, we will contact the Customer.

 

STATUS OF ORDER:

Töötlusel – the order has been submitted.
Vastuvõetud – the product is not available in the required quantity locally in Tallinn and will arrive within 1-2 working days.
Komplekteeritud – the ordered goods have arrived at our warehouse and are ready for delivery / shipping.
Saadetud – the item was sent to the customer by Omniva (EestiPost) or SmartPost.
Valmis – the goods were handed over to the customer.
Tühistatud – it is not possible to fulfill the order.

When changing the status, we also send a message to the Customer.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

If the Customer has not paid the order within 7 days and has not extended the payment deadline, the order will be cancelled. Before canceling the order, a reminder letter is sent to the Customer's e-mail address.

 

RETURN OF THE GOODS:

If the goods you ordered from Nori.ee do not fit, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods to be returned must not have been used and must be in the original packaging. The Buyer agrees to bear the postage costs of up to 10 euros incurred when returning the goods, unless the returned goods do not correspond to what was ordered. In the event that the Buyer wishes to terminate the sales contract, he must inform Nori.ee at info@nori.ee within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, attaching a photo of the goods and packaging to the letter.

 

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA:

Nori.ee does not disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties, except for transport service providers to deliver the goods to the Customer. Nori.ee reserves the right to send the Customer information about new products and special offers. The Customer has the right to request the deletion of his data from the nori.ee database.
