Chicken Ramyun Cheese
Ingredients: Noodles: WHEAT flour, modified tapioca starch, palm oil, WHEAT gluten, salt, glycerine, SOYE oil, acidity regulator (anhydrous potassium carbonate e501), sodium carbonate (e500), dibasic sodium phosphate E339 (ii), citric acid (e330), thickener (guar gum (e412), purified water, emulsifier (lecithin e322), green tea flavour oil). Sauce: water, artificial cheese flavouring powder, SOY sauce, white sugar, artificial chicken flavouring powder, SOY soybean oil, chilli pepper powder, red pepper powder, onion, garlic, modified potato starch, chilli extract, paprika extract, black pepper, curry powder. Cheese powder: mozzarella CHEESE powder, roasted SESAME, roasted seaweed.

Preparation: 1. Pour the noodles into the boiling water (600 ml). 2. Boil over a gentle heat for 5 minutes. 3. Remove from the heat, leaving 8 spoonfuls of water and add the sauce. 4. Add the cheese powder, mix well and serve.
