Preparation: 1. Pour the noodles and the vegetable flakes into boiling water (600 ml). 2. Boil over a gentle heat for 5 minutes. 3. Remove from the heat and leave 6-7 spoonfuls of the water to cool. 4. Add the broth powder and seasoned oil, mix well and serve.

It is made with a secret recipe of Chinese black Soy Sauce (Chajang sauce), which contains a unique blend of spices, dehydrated carrots and onions, and ground soybean pulp.
