Glass Noodles or Bean Noodles
Ingredients: pea starch, corn starch, water, mung bean starch
Country of origin: China
After preperation, it becomes transparent. Is used in different salads and soups.
Usage: Put cellophane noodles in a boiling water and let it swell for 3-4 minutes. Mix noodles in a pan with oil, vegetables and mix of spices.
