Preparation: Add the noodles to 600 ml of boiling water. Cook for 3–4 minutes: 3 minutes for a firmer texture, 4 minutes for a softer texture. Drain most of the water, leaving about 75 ml in the pot. Add the sauce, stir well and serve.
