Kimchi Sauce (Kimchi spicy chili sauce)

Ingredients: water, garlic paste, glucose syrup, salt, concentrated apple juice, concentrated orange juice, flavour enhancers (Monosodium glutamate, Disodium 5'-ribonucleotides), red chili pepper (red chili pepper powder, granulated red chili pepper)(2%), FISH sauce (Anchovy (FISH)), modified starch, ethyl alcohol, colours (plain caramel, paprika extract), hydrolysed SOY protein, spirit vinegar, dried and smoked skipjack tuna powder (FISH), gluten free SOY sauce (water, SOYbeans, salt, spirit vinegar), yeast extract, ginger powder, seaweed (Ascophyllum nodosum) powder, thickener (Xanthan gum).

KIMCHI preparation: Wash the Chinese cabbage (500g) and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Put the Chinese cabbage in a bowl sprinkled with salt (2 tsp or 10g). Cover the bowl, weigh it down and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Squeeze the Chinese cabbage well. If desired, add garlic, ginger, fish sauce, carrot, radish or green onion. Mix with Kikkoman Kimchi Chili Sauce (10 tbsp or 150 ml), marinate overnight in the fridge and serve. Marinated cabbage kimchi can be stored in the fridge for about 1 week to 10 days.
