Beef Ramyun Sogokimyun
Ingredients: Noodles: WHEAT flour, modified potato starch, modified tapioca starch, WHEAT gluten, salt, emulsifier (WHEAT lecithin e322), onion extract, acidity regulator, potassium carbonate (e501), sodium carbonate (e500), sodium phosphate (e339), herb extract sauce: SOY sauce powder (SOY, WHEAT, salt), salt, yeast extract powder, flavour enhancer (E621), disodium 5-ribonucleotide E635, sugar, dried bok choy, yeast powder, spice mix (chilli, garlic, onion), dried chives, dried carrot flakes, black pepper, rice powder, palm oil, paprika extract, chilli extract.

Preparation: 1. Pour the noodles into boiling water (600 ml) 2. Boil over a gentle heat for 4.5 minutes. 3. remove from the heat and leave 8 spoons of water when drained. 4. Add the sauce and flakes, mix well and serve.
