Preparation: take 10 parts water and 1 part pearls. Add the pearls to the boiling water and blend until they rise to the surface. Then reduce the heat to low and boil for 2-3 minutes. Finally, turn off the heat and leave them to soak in the still hot water for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with cold water.
